**Profile introduction**:
Join our prestigious hotel team as a Banquet Supervisor and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional who can ensure the seamless execution of banquet events, providing exceptional service and upholding our high standards of hospitality.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination**: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of banquet events, including set-up, service, and breakdown.
- **Staff Management**: Supervise banquet staff, ensuring proper training and adherence to service standards.
- **Client Liaison**: Act as the main point of contact for clients during events, addressing any concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
- **Quality Control**: Maintain high standards of service and presentation, conducting regular inspections to uphold quality.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage banquet inventory, including linens, tableware, and other event-related items.
- **Problem Resolution**: Handle any issues or discrepancies that may arise during events promptly and professionally.
- **Budget Adherence**: Assist in managing and controlling banquet expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.

**Requirements**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and management.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail to ensure the flawless execution of events and adherence to quality standards.
- **Leadership Qualities**: Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the business.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
