- Accounting daily global transaction in **QuickBooks**.
- Co-coordinating with the AR and AP team for timely mapping of business transactions.
- Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
- Perform periodical reconciliations with AR and AP and help collecting payments
- Bank and credit card reconciliation

- Update financial data in databases/spreadsheets to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports

Good analytical skills and ability to work on excel, google spreadsheets and presentation
