Physiotherapist Incharge

Monitoring and treating patients with pre/post surgical status in outpatient department of the clinical therapeutic
- Referring cases to physicians and allied health care specialists for conditions outside the usual scope of practice; working within institutional guidelines while coordinating with physicians and allied health care specialists regarding diagnosis and care-management problems.
- Instructing and advising the nurses and allied health specialists in techniques to expand their diagnostic, counseling and referral skills; confirm and extend assessments made by clinic nurses.
- Handling management of patients. Ensuring high standards of clinical care for the patients under management.
- Undertaking the comprehensive assessment of patients, including those with a complex presentation, using investigative & analytical skills to formulate individualized management & treatment plans, using clinical reasoning.
- Utilizing a wide range or treatment skills & options to formulate a specialized program of care. Communicate effectively with patients to maximize rehabilitation potential, ensuring understanding of condition.
- Providing fitness skill training while grooming the patients/staff across fitness physiotherapy, fitness first aid, fitness assessment, fitness programming and Pain managements.
- Handling effectively Cardiac Rehabilitation & Cardiac Wellness Program at hospital & home level to fasten patients return to daily activities.
- Effectively handling & following NABH Guidelines to achieve quality.
- Organizing & participating in various camps, workshops & CME’s to increase awareness in community of various diseases & health related problems, & also updating advanced knowledge in medicine.
- Effective handling and treating paraplegics and quadriplegics and restoring them back to community and work.

**Salary**: ₹12,249.94 - ₹38,557.96 per month

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sports injury management: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 10 years (preferred)
- Physiotherapy: 1 year (preferred)

License/Certification:

- DPCT Registration (preferred)
