Job Title: IT Help Desk Support

Location: Jalandhar, India

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic team. As an IT Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our internal staff members. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of all support activities. **Responsibilities**:

- Respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Diagnose and resolve technical problems, either remotely or through on-site visits.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Set up and manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Maintain accurate records of support activities and update the ticketing system accordingly.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
- Keep up to date with the latest technology trends and actively participate in professional development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in a similar role, providing technical support and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving common hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Relevant certifications (such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional, etc.) are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
