**Position Overview:

The MIS (Management Information System) Executive manages and analyses data to support organizational decision-making. This role involves collecting, maintaining, and ensuring data accuracy, generating reports, and implementing systems that improve operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Data Management and Reporting**:

- Collect, compile, and analyze data from various sources.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports, dashboards, and presentations.
- Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in reporting.
- **System Management**:

- Manage and maintain the organization's MIS infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT to develop and enhance systems for better reporting.
- **Analysis and Decision Support**:

- Perform trend analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Provide insights into key business areas through data interpretation.
- Support various departments by delivering ad hoc reports and analysis.
- **Database Management**:

- Maintain databases, ensure regular backups, and perform routine checks for consistency.
- Develop and implement data entry procedures to ensure data integrity.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes using tools like Excel,
- **Compliance and Documentation**:

- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards in data management.
- Document MIS procedures, workflows, and guidelines.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in related field
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in MIS or a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel and Word),Google sheet.
- Knowledge of database tools (CRM)
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex data.
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Accuracy and timeliness of reports.
- Reduction in manual reporting tasks through automation.
- Improvement in data quality and integrity.
- User satisfaction with MIS tools and support.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
