**What You'll Do**:
As a part of the Services scoping and quoting team you will be at the forefront of making services proposals, make customer pitches and ensure the whole pre-sales process for services sales works smoothly. Additionally you would also be responsible for executing Projects and delivering cases alongside to be on top of delivery work.
1. Understanding the scope of work from the customer and the related parties outside and within SAP Concur.
2. Arriving at the delivery effort estimates and timelines. Thereafter presentation of the solution and estimates to the customer.
3. Understand a deliver projects and work on cases.
4. With the help of SMEs & other delivery team counterparts ensuring that a viable solution is being proposed to the customer.
5.Speaking to the service delivery leads on delivery confirmation and showcasing profitability numbers in relation to the estimates being shared.
6. Beyond normal scoping and quoting, engaging projects and cases delivery.
7. Ensure delivery of Services Sales revenue numbers.
8. Should be able to work with difficult and challenging month end,quarter end,year end workload.
**What You Bring**:
5 - 12 years of experience in Presales & Delivery, who is
1. Deeply aware of the product portfolio and related services. Good technology understanding and articulation is essential to be able to work with customers.
2. Articulate enough to have conversations of value from the deployed solution.
3. A good presenter with an ability to create and drive a presentation for customer,internal stakeholders.
4. Uniquely able to convince customers & stakeholders on the delivery capabilities and value from a SAP Concur delivery.
5. Your KPIs will be in-line with the services deals successfully closed and delivered by SAP Concur.
7. Person should be able to handle pressure & extended work hours

Your team members consist of the Enterprise shared services delivery team. Your team members are responsible for delivering a wide range of services consisting of sales & configuration.
