**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct live online classes for Geography as per the UPSC syllabus, focusing on both Prelims and Mains.
- Prepare and present engaging and informative PPTs for each session.
- Develop detailed, well-structured notes and study materials for students, aligned with UPSC standards.
- Address student queries and doubts during live sessions and in post-class discussions.
- Stay updated with the latest UPSC exam trends, syllabus changes, and geography-related current affairs.
- Ensure timely completion of the syllabus and plan classes accordingly.
- Collaborate with the content and tech teams for smooth functioning of the online platform.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to students on effective study strategies, time management, and exam techniques.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Post-graduation in Geography or related field; PhD holders will have an added advantage.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in UPSC coaching, with a focus on Geography.
- Strong grasp of the UPSC exam pattern, syllabus, and expectations.
- Proven ability to simplify complex concepts for students from diverse academic backgrounds.
- Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive presentations using PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online platforms.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in developing educational content like notes, presentations, and test papers.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or similar.
- Strong passion for teaching and mentoring UPSC aspirants.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: ₹1,000.00 - ₹1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week

**Education**:

- Master's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Making lesson Plans: 1 year (preferred)
