**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage medical services within the hospital, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement medical protocols and guidelines.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of medical staff.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless hospital operations.
- Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to the hospital setup.
- Conduct regular medical rounds to assess and monitor patient care standards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance healthcare delivery.
- Supervise medical research projects and contribute to academic activities.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development among medical staff.
- Build strong relationships with the community and other healthcare stakeholders.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts for the hospital's sustainability and growth.

**Educational Qualifications**:

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid medical license and registration.

**Experience and Other Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in a clinical setting.
- Proven leadership experience in a healthcare management role.
- Familiarity with hospital accreditation processes and quality improvement initiatives.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to community-focused healthcare delivery.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
