**Role**: Oversee and streamline daily operations of the IT startup, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and seamless collaboration between departments. Drive the implementation of best practices to support the company's growth and success.

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and optimize operational processes to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

Coordinate and liaise with various teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Identify operational bottlenecks and devise solutions to address them promptly.

Oversee resource allocation and budget management to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Lead and mentor a team of operational staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Work closely with the executive team to align operational strategies with the company's vision and mission.

Collaborate with other stakeholders to support the successful execution of projects and initiatives.

Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to the IT sector.

Proactively identify opportunities for process automation and implement suitable tools and technologies.

Act as a focal point for addressing operational challenges and providing timely solutions.

Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance and progress to senior management.

**Educational Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Relevant certifications or professional training in operations management, project management, or related disciplines would be advantageous.

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
