As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations consistently meet or exceed established quality standards. You will play a crucial role in monitoring, evaluating, and providing feedback on the performance of our team members, with the ultimate goal of improving overall service quality and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze audit findings to identify trends, areas for improvement, and training needs.
- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team members based on audit results, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with relevant departments (e.g., training, operations) to develop and implement action plans to address performance gaps and enhance overall quality.
- Maintain accurate records of audit results, performance metrics, and improvement initiatives.
- Participate in calibration sessions with stakeholders to ensure consistency and fairness in the evaluation process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices related to quality assurance in the BPO sector.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
