We are looking for young, energetic and dynamic Cafe Manager for our first cafe at Gurgaon Faridabad Road. This role is perfect for someone eager to work in a start-up environment. You will have the opportunity to experience rapid growth in a mission-driven company and to work with a dynamic, young team in a fast-moving environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Managing day to day cafe operations including opening & closing procedures, billing procedures
- Ensure strict compliance of cafe policies, standards and procedures
- Check the entire restaurant before operations for the day to make sure that all furniture and equipment is clean and in working condition and that all stock supplies are sufficient.
- Inspect the cleanliness, hygiene and presentation of all tableware prior to use.
- Recruiting, training and supervising kitchen and cafe staff
- Setting daily, fortnightly and monthly goals for the kitchen and cafe team
- Ensure all guests are welcomed according to company standard and are seated comfortably.
- Interacting with customers and assisting them in a informative and helpful way, ensuring complaint resolution within 5-10 mins and long term solution to problems
- Has excellent oral English communication and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**
- Prior work experience is a must for this role.
- Hotel Management degree is an added benefit

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
