Insurance Coordinator

Initial Patient handling to explain charges and getting Patient / Relatives signature.
Document collection and verification before admission & discharge i.e. insurance card, aadhaar card, ID proof etc.
Explaining the patient or patient attendants about non coverage items and chargable services.
Coordinate with the treating physician/doctors to get the pre-authorization forms filled and submit the same to Insurance company.
Follow-ups with the insurance companies for approvals.
Addressing the queries raised by insurance company with the clinical justifications and submittng the documents for the same on time to time.
Coordinating for the approval enhancement and final bill approval.
Updating day to day entries in the patient service card/system.
Maintain internal billing records - collection and remittance reports.
Prepare provisional bills with break up for patients (estimates) both for interim and final discharge.
Understanding of Hospital systems and Processes.
Basic accounting and software skills.
Book keeping skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
