Tregzo is a cutting-edge grocery delivery app, transforming the grocery shopping experience with high-quality products delivered directly to customers' doorsteps. As we expand our franchise network, we are looking for a motivated **Telecaller** to help drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.

As a **Telecaller** at Tregzo, your primary role will be to support the expansion of our franchise network. You will be responsible for contacting potential franchisees, introducing them to Tregzo’s business model, and negotiating franchise agreements. In addition to securing a minimum of two franchisees per month, you will ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their needs and guiding them through the onboarding process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Franchise Negotiation**:

- Reach out to potential franchisees via phone calls, introduce Tregzo’s franchise opportunities, and negotiate terms to secure franchise agreements, contributing to our monthly expansion goals.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:
Communicate with potential franchisees to understand their expectations, answer their queries, and provide personalized solutions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the franchise acquisition process.
- **Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchisees and customers by addressing any concerns or issues they may have in a timely and effective manner.Monitor and report on franchise development activities, including the number of calls made, follow-ups, and secured franchise agreements, to meet monthly targets.Stay informed about industry trends and competitors by gathering information through calls and feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance Tregzo’s franchise offerings.**Qualifications**:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
