- Monitoring crop growth and health, identifying signs of pests, diseases, or nutrient deficiencies, and reporting findings to supervisors.
- Participating in irrigation activities, including watering crops and adjusting irrigation systems as necessary.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in farming, agriculture, or related fields preferred but not required.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of plant biology, animal husbandry principles, and farm equipment operation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies in agriculture.
