Retail Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Travel to Various Stores:
Regularly visit our owned and franchised stores to ensure consistent implementation of marketing strategies.
Conduct on-site assessments of display setups, ensuring they align with brand standards and effectively showcase products. Adherence to campaign timelines, successful deployment of promotional materials, campaign reach and engagement.
Market Survey and Analysis:
Conduct market surveys to gather data on consumer trends, competitor activities, and overall market dynamics.
Analyze survey data to identify opportunities for improvement and development of marketing strategies.
Utilize market insights to make informed predictions and assumptions regarding visitor and viewer trends.
Predictive Marketing Returns:
Develop models and metrics to predict marketing returns in terms of increased foot traffic, sales, and overall customer engagement.
Regularly review and refine predictive models based on market feedback and performance data.
Customer Feedback and Collaboration:
Liaise with the sales team to gather customer feedback regarding products, promotions, and overall customer experience.
Communicate customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement of products and services.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and objectives.
Visual Merchandising: Create appealing in-store displays and layouts. Visual consistency across stores, impact on customer traffic and sales, feedback on visual merchandising.
Point-of-Sale (POS) Materials: Ensure availability and effectiveness of POS materials. Distribution of POS materials, impact on customer purchase decisions.
Product/Experience Store Launch Execution: Successfully launch new products in-store and online. Timely availability of new products, customer interest and sales performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail marketing with a focus on display and offline marketing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven predictions and assumptions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel extensively to various store locations.
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Familiarity with retail industry trends and a passion for staying updated on market dynamics.
