**Reports To**: Department Head, Agriculture, Bithi Farm Private Limited

Are you a passionate agriculture student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in commercial farming? Bithi Farm Private Limited is excited to offer internship positions within our dynamic farming division.

**What You'll Do**
- **Develop Crop Management Knowledge**: Collaborate with our department head to research and create detailed packages of practices (PoP) for various crops, deepening your understanding of effective cultivation techniques.
- **Contribute to Farm Operations**: Gain practical experience by assisting our farm manager in essential tasks including land preparation, nursery management, planting, fertigation, and harvesting.
