Supervising dispatchers in all aspects of their jobs, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintaining and updating call logs, incident reports, and other records of dispatch activities
- Working with other departments within the organization to ensure effective
- communications between departments, including public safety agencies and departments such as fire services, police departments, hospitals, and emergency medical services (EMS) organizations
- Reviewing incoming emergency calls to determine priority level and appropriate response
- Ensuring that callers are routed to the appropriate department or agency based on the nature of their request

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
