**Key responsibilities**:

- Provide immediate, direct customer support and troubleshooting help to end users.
- Manage, deploy, and configure software updates, security patches and other necessary items on an as-needed basis.
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to business requirements.
- Fault finding/troubleshooting incidents will have to liaise with various IT teams (Windows/Networks, etc.).

**Role requirements**:

- 3+ years of work experience into IT along with strong technology background into System Administration.
- Expertise and hands-on experience on Account Access Management.
- Experience Windows OS and DNS + DHCP.
- Well-rounded individual capable of performing several roles having ability to work in a fast paced, complex IT environment.
