Deliver optometry training in refraction, dispensing and technical processes to Retail staff of all retail stores of Lenskart.
- Practice different methodologies and use practical approaches towards learners.
- Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners.
- Manage attrition during training
- Develop and maintain content for the various learning needs.
- Bachelor in optometry
- Experience in Training preferably for a minimum of 2-3 years
- Experience in the retail or optical background is preferred.
