Currently, we are seeking a highly skilled and creative InDesign Operator to join our talented team.

**Position Overview**:As an experienced InDesign Operator at **Schneider Publications**, you will be responsible for producing high-quality, visually compelling designs using Adobe InDesign software. You will collaborate with our creative team to bring concepts to life, ensuring that our print and digital materials maintain a high standard of quality and creativity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create engaging and innovative layouts for various print and digital materials including brochures, flyers, magazines, eBooks, and more.
- Utilize Adobe InDesign and other Creative Suite software to design and manipulate images, graphics, and text elements.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team and clients to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with our brand identity and goals.
- Ensure all designs meet technical requirements and are prepared appropriately for printing or digital distribution.
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in typography, layout composition, and overall design consistency.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and upholding quality standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to continuously improve skills and bring fresh ideas to the team.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
- 4+ years of proven experience as an InDesign Operator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and layout composition.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
