**Job Description: Title: Car/Bike Insurance Advisor**

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car/Bike Insurance Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their insurance needs, recommend appropriate coverage, and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their insurance requirements and preferences.
- Present and explain various insurance products, including coverage details, terms, and pricing.
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable insurance policies for their cars, motorcycles, or other vehicles.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and claims promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain competitive rates and coverage options.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and product updates.
- Meet sales targets and performance goals set by the company.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using computers and insurance-related software.
- Knowledge of insurance products, terminology, and regulations.
- A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
