JOB TYPE: Permanent, Full-time

LOCATION: Pune

**Responsibilities**:

- Support project teams in the use of BIM authoring tools
- Producing project Autodesk Revit and Civil 3D content
- Development and maintenance of BIM project documentation
- Federate models and perform clash detection reporting
- Using general conceptual data and design notes, create final building models and drawings.

**Preferred Skills and Experience**:

- Strong 3D modeling skills, especially Autodesk Revit Structures.
- Experience in civil /Structural engineering design
- Enthusiasm to learn new skills and embrace new technologies and software
- Have an eye for detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadlines
- Able to work on your own initiative, whilst displaying a commitment to contribute to, and learn from, the wider team
- Able to carry out detailing in a 2D environment
- An assertive team player who can work with little guidance.
- Detail-oriented with a drive to advance professionally and personally.
- Good communication skills
