Job Title: Intern

Location: ISBR Business School, Bangalore, India

Job Summary:
ISBR Business School is seeking motivated interns to join various departments and contribute to the vibrant academic and administrative environment of the institution. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience, develop valuable skills, and work on meaningful projects under the guidance of experienced professionals. This internship program is designed to provide hands-on learning opportunities and exposure to diverse areas of interest within the fields of education, management, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Support Academic Operations:

- Assist faculty members and academic coordinators in preparing course materials, presentations, and instructional resources for classes and workshops.
- Provide administrative support for academic events, such as seminars, conferences, and guest lectures, including logístical arrangements, registration, and participant coordination.
- Help maintain academic records, databases, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.

2. Student Services and Engagement:

- Support student services teams in organizing orientation programs, student clubs, and extracurricular activities to enhance student engagement and campus life.
- Assist in responding to student inquiries, providing information on academic programs, admissions, financial aid, and other support services.
- Collaborate with student representatives and campus leaders to address student needs, concerns, and feedback.

3. Marketing and Communications:

- Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, posters, and digital content, to showcase the benefits and features of ISBR Business School.
- Support digital marketing initiatives, including search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, and analytics tracking to enhance online visibility and engagement.

4. Research and Data Analysis:

- Conduct research and analysis on topics related to education, management, business trends, and industry developments to support academic and administrative decision-making.
- Collect, organize, and analyze data using statistical tools, survey software, and databases to generate insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and visualizations summarizing research findings and key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal and external stakeholders.

5. Project Management and Coordination:

- Assist project leads and department heads in planning, executing, and monitoring projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions, including agenda preparation, participant invitations, minutes documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve project objectives and deliverables effectively.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
- Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in higher education, management, or administration.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools and research methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment, with a proactive and flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities.

Duration:

- Internships may vary in duration, ranging from 3 to 6 months, depending on departmental needs and intern availability.
