Front Office Executive Admin

1. Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
2. Recruit and train personnel and allocate responsibilities and office space.
3. Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations.
4. Manage schedules and deadlines of regular AMC’s.
5. Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
6. Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation.
7. Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and tradespersons (e.g electricians)
8. Organize and supervise other office activities (recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
9. Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations.
10. Keep well-informed with all organizational changes and business developments.
11. Allocate responsibilities and office space.
12. Offer solutions for improvement.
13. Accepting complaints from staff and providing solution within timeline on basis of issue urgency.
14. Maintaining details of equipment and machinery warranty, guarantee and AMC details.
15. Maintaining records of facilities provided to office personnel’.
16. Arrangement, Packing, Transfer and data management of the same.
17. Asset record management and tagging of assets for faultless data and tracking of movements.
18. Maintaining vendor data and updating time to time.
19. On-time bill payments of CUG or company numbers and checking details of it.
20. Bookings of transfer, hotel and food in behalf of executives in case of official movement.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
