**Description**:
GRADIENT GLOBAL HR CONSULTANTS LLC team is hiring Master Trainer Painting and Master Trainer Surface Painting specialist for training programs to continue to improve the new hire training framework, create mechanism to cross skill the resources in alignment to the business need and ensure exception learning environment that meet or exceed traditional training.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Own end to end implementation of the Training request framework, including creation of the Intake mechanism and communication of the training needs across all teams.
- As a Master Trainer, you will focus on solving critical challenges, and providing solutions based on your expertise.
- Execute vertical wise skilling workshops.
- Groom, Mentor, Coach and Monitor painters/ surface painters to ensure a high percentage of job retention.
- Own, Administer and report end to end training progression
- Report progress on learning metrics
- Mentor the Trainer to Meet the Expectations of Internal and External Clients

**Experience**: 7 years minimum

**Compensation**: 75k to 1 lac p.m. (negotiable)

**Contract period**: 2 years

**Location**: Dubai

**Desired Skills**:

- Experience in Training and conforming to the academic standards alignment, accessibility to compliance in Decorative Painting, Protective and Marine painting, Airless spray painting
- Excellent verbal and written English/ Hindi skills
- Hands-on and Training Experience in Painting or Consulting Industry in a Client Facing Roles

**Other perquisites**: VISA, Food and Accommodation, To and FRO Airfare to be provided by the employer.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 24 months
