Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors and customers in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records
- Process payments and handle cash transactions
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Monitor and manage customer feedback, ensuring that all complaints and issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
- Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations of the business

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with some college education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sports goods company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and cash handling procedures

**Salary**: ₹7,586.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
