**About CultureX**:
We're on a mission to revolutionize influencer marketing, and we're seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our journey. You'll play a vital role in driving explosive growth by identifying and converting high-potential leads, building strong client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos.
- Identify and qualify high-potential leads across target markets.
- Negotiate and close deals, exceeding individual quotas.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, driving renewals and upsells.
- Track and analyze key sales metrics and generate reports.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize sales funnel and messaging.
- Assist in building and managing a high-performing sales team.
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and its value proposition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven approach to sales, with proficiency in CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for building and exceeding sales targets.
**Bonus Points**:
- Experience with influencer marketing platforms or SaaS solutions.
- Strong network within the target market.
- Proven ability to identify and capitalise on new sales opportunities.
