Civil Supervisor

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Planning, organizing, and managing the overall execution of construction projects from start to finish.
- Developing detailed project plans, including work schedules, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
- Ensuring project milestones and deliverables are met within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Conducting regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient coordination and execution of project tasks.
- Managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and implementing cost control measures to optimize project profitability.
- Conducting regular quality inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Identifying potential risks and implementing proactive measures to mitigate and manage project risks.
- Providing regular project updates to senior management, stakeholders, and clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Resolving project-related issues, conflicts, and disputes in a timely and effective manner.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of project team members and providing feedback and guidance as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager, overseeing and successfully delivering construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
- Sound understanding of budgeting and cost control principles.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

Working Hours: Full-time position, standard working hours with flexibility as per project requirements.
