**Sales Telecaller/ Sales Representative - Real Estate (Property Consultant)**

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic real estate team as a Property Consultant. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in initiating conversations, establishing rapport with potential clients, and driving interest in our real estate offerings. Your persuasive communication skills and engaging personality will be key in generating leads and building a strong pipeline for our sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our real estate services and offerings.
- Engage in meaningful conversations, understand client requirements, and provide relevant information about available properties.
- Build and maintain a database of potential clients, tracking interactions and updates.
- Identify opportunities and generate leads through effective cold calling and follow-up.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of leads and information.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our real estate portfolio and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and concerns of potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly lead generation targets.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in Real estate consultancy.
- Excellent communication skills with a pleasant and persuasive telephone demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.
- Proven experience in telesales or cold calling, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Basic knowledge of real estate market trends and property types.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Organizational skills to manage and update lead database effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Keep updated on market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding property availability, prices, and legal requirements.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and property regulations.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to present property features accurately.
- Result-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
