**Qualification**: B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry
**Experience**: 0-2 years in cement or paint manufacturing companies
**Salary**: Starting from ₹15,000/- per month

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Sample Analysis**:

- Conduct chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Prepare and standardize reagents and solutions for testing.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure that all products meet the required quality standards by conducting routine tests and inspections.
- Record and report test results, and suggest improvements where necessary.
- Perform calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of all tests performed, including test methods, results, and any deviations.
- Ensure that all laboratory activities are documented in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- **Safety and Compliance**:

- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment in the laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- **Research and Development**:

- Assist in the development of new testing methods or procedures to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the laboratory.
- Collaborate with the R&D team for product development and improvement initiatives.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage the inventory of chemicals, reagents, and laboratory supplies.
- Coordinate with the procurement team for replenishment of laboratory materials.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to resolve any issues related to product quality.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- **Training**:

- Provide training to junior chemists or lab technicians on testing procedures and safety practices.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in laboratory practices and standards.

This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience in cement or paint manufacturing companies, looking to start or advance their careers in a laboratory environment.
