Executive Trainer

**Working knowledge of Window-based software.**:

- **Advance oral & written communication skills.**:

- **Excellent time-management, analytical and problem-solving skills.**:

- **Experience working in Customer Service related field or call center environment.**:

- **Identify key areas for development.**:

- **Ensure effective and on-going, on-the-job training of team members, evaluate, record individual and team performance, provide coaching and counseling and make appropriate developmental recommendations.**:

- **Learning and development - support all initiative of the Company's Administer training needs analysis for the office.**:

- **Prepare all communication and send course announcements.**:

- **Self-motivated, driven with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and influential.**:

- **Excited about the challenge Training business.**:
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
