**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually engaging motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms including social media, websites, and video content.
- Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and storyboard ideas for motion graphic projects.
- Design and animate elements such as typography, logos, and illustrations to enhance storytelling and visual appeal.
- Utilize motion design techniques to bring static designs to life and create dynamic visual experiences.
- Edit and integrate motion graphics with video footage, sound effects, and music to produce cohesive multimedia content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in motion graphics and animation to continuously improve skills and techniques.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality motion graphic solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Collaborate with video editors, sound designers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of motion graphics into final productions.
- Maintain organized file management and adhere to project timelines and budget constraints.

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years of experience as Motion Graphic Artist.
- Proven experience as a motion graphic artist or animator with a strong portfolio showcasing motion graphic projects across various mediums.
- Proficiency in motion graphic software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong animation skills with a keen eye for timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to conceptualize and storyboard ideas, translating client briefs and project objectives into engaging motion graphic concepts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach to design and animation, with a focus on quality, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
