**Your role**
- Do you enjoy connecting dots to turn good ideas into better ones?
- Are you motivated to learn constantly?- review and process invoices towards the expenses incurred by analysts across the IB / Equity Research functions
- process the invoices through internal systems with due diligence and required approvals
- carry out process improvements / ensure that there are no processing errors
- meticulously follow the given guidelines and always ensure compliance
- create new SOPs / make changes to the existing ones and ensure that all processes, big and small, are documented
- display high levels of business communication skills and work ethics

**Your team**
- Support the European Business Management Team to carry out the daily deliverables pertaining to expense management. This involves coordinating with analysts and sales staff in the region and processing expenses as per the given set of guidelines.

**Your expertise**
- B.Com / BBA / PGDM / MBA or equivalent with specialization in Finance
- relevant exposure to Expense Management with IB/Financial Institutions
- high attention to detail.
- excellent excel skills.
- advanced MS office and presentation formatting skills
- excellent written and spoken English.
- working knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau is an added advantage.
- exposure to working under strict time deadlines.
- demonstrated ability to grasp quickly.
- Lean / Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
