**Key Responsibilities**
- Test Planning and Execution: Design and execute comprehensive test plans for AI models, ensuring the correct functionality of machine learning algorithms.
- Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test suites for AI systems, focusing on edge cases, data variability, and model performance.
- Model Validation: Validate model accuracy, stability, and fairness by running various test scenarios and monitoring key performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with AI engineers and data scientists to understand model behavior and potential risks.
- Bug Tracking and Reporting: Identify, document, and track bugs, working with developers to resolve issues.
- Performance Testing: Ensure AI systems meet performance benchmarks, identifying bottlenecks or issues under varying workloads.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement processes to enhance the testing of AI systems and improve the quality assurance framework. |
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
**Technical Skills**:
- Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for AI model testing.
- Experience with testing AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, testing tools like Selenium, and version control (Git).
- **Soft Skills**: Excellent attention to detail, problem
- solving skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. |
Pay: ₹243,753.74 - ₹500,000.00 per year
