As a Cafe Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth operation, and efficient performance of all cafe activities. You will lead a team of cafe staff, manage inventory, maintain quality standards, and create a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
