**About the role**

The Finance Partner will be part of GCC Finance organization. He/She will remotely support the Haleon Campus in Switzerland, its key stakeholders and the Senior Finance Director to deliver the financial objectives of CH60 legal entity.

The role is responsible to manage the operation budget of the Haleon Campus in Switzerland. The role is crucial by understanding various business needs, delivering proper level of services while ensuring efficiencies in the spend.

This role provides key financials, analytical support and Finance partnering to the Haleon Campus in Switzerland and collaborate with Poznan hub key stakeholders. Scope includes financial management and planning, governance, reporting, consolidation, cost allocation and decision support for the Campus Costs function (Buildings, Site Services Team, Global Insurance Management, etc.).

The role has a P&L responsibility and will focus on decision support, ensuring quality analytics and insights are communicated to optimize business understanding, resource allocation and investment decision.

**Key responsibilities**
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting agenda of the Haleon Campus in Switzerland, engaging the business and the Poznan hub, ensuring superior results in forecasting accuracy and quality of the processes.
- Lead efficiencies in the campus spend and empower non-finance campus relevant associates to deliver results.
- Contribute and influence key stakeholders to drive short/mid-term performance of the company by implementing best-in-class global processes.
- Effective financial control of the Site Costs P&L, including month-end close activities, reporting performance and driving appropriate action to deliver the financial commitments.
- Submit 3/1 Plan, Updates and CMF in Bison.
- Maintain close collaboration with other functions Finance Partners to provide value-added analysis, coordination and align on the allocation key and support in key business projects.
- Prepare, coordinate, and present the Haleon Campus budget to Local Leadership Team and Site Finance Partner.
- Review allocation key amongst functions hosted within the legal entity and ensure a fair distribution of the cost.
- Ensure compliance with Haleon and legal entity policies, internal control procedures, standards and reporting requirements.

**Qualifications and skills-**

**Essential**:

- 10 years financial management and analysis experience.
- Must possess strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills
- Influential skills to align several stakeholders behind common objectives
- Ability to communicate and influence at all levels, especially ability to articulate financial metrics into decision making support & metrics.
- Experience with financial reporting and accounting.
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve new reporting and accounting issues in an independent way
- Strong motivation and drive demonstrated. Team player with high energy levels with desire to excel
- Well-organized and disciplined individual able to set priorities and handle multiple projects under tight time constraints
- Being customer focused, ensuring proper coaching and guiding of business stakeholders for finance related topics.
- Resilient, autonomous and flexible

**Preferred**:

- Fluent, French is a plus.
- Advanced computer skills and system : SAP, Excel, Power Point & Microsoft Office Suite
