**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls as per the guidelines of the organization
- Understanding customer requirements and accordingly act on implementing and provide relevant detail to them in a short span of time
- Adjust a well-tailored convincing pitch and deliver it efficiently to the customers also keeping in mind that they fulfil each and every requirement of a customer
- Keep a record of each and every personal detail of the customer and should also maintain all the conversations made over a telephone for future references
- Fixing appointment for site visit Lining up Physical customer site visit
- Co-ordinating with Field Sales executive and closing the deal
- Regular Follow up with customers for the site-visits/booking

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**
- 2+ years of work experience in Pre-Sales will be given priority
- Minimum graduation educational qualification in any stream
- Languages to be known: Marathi, English & Hindi

**Preferred Joining**
- Immediate Joiners OR Within 15 days from offer roll out

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dombivli, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)

**Location**:

- Dombivli, Maharashtra (preferred)
