**Job Description: Telecalling (Females Only)**
- **Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script or customized pitch.
- Introduce our products or services to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our offerings, answering any questions or concerns raised by customers.
- Actively listen to customers' needs and requirements, and recommend appropriate products or services to meet their expectations.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone throughout the call, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers, effectively addressing their queries and resolving any issues they may encounter.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation, sales conversion, or other performance metrics set by the company.
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, aiming to convert them into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, comments, and sales transactions, in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share customer feedback, market trends, and potential leads for further follow-up.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to improve selling effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including privacy guidelines, during customer interactions and data handling.
- Meet daily and weekly call volume targets while ensuring quality standards are met.
- Provide periodic reports on call metrics, sales conversions, and customer feedback to the management team.
- **Requirements**:
2. High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Bachelor's degree preferred.

3. Proven experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales roles is advantageous.

4.Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone manner.

5.Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

6. Ability to effectively handle objections and resolve customer complaints.

7.Active listening skills to understand customer needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.

8.Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

9.Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.

10.Good time management and organizational skills.

11.Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive team spirit.
