**Job in Brief**:
A content writer uses a mix of creative and technical skills to perform their job. They must be a creative thinker to conceptualize content, and then have the organizational mind to create a pragmatic plan of action. Also, basic knowledge of working on canva & hootsuite to create and manage social media channels will be an added advantage.

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews, and studies).
- Write a clear marketing copy to promote our products/services.
- Prepare well-structured drafts using content management systems, write blogs for websites.
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
- Conduct simple keyword research and use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
- Proofreading of the content to ensure contents are error-free and written as per the requirement with avoiding copyright.
- Ensure that the article is presentable to increase simplicity and readability.
- Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics.
- Update website content as needed.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, and Word.
- Familiarity with popular keyword tools (Google, WordTracker, Keyword Discovery, etc).
- Identifying customers’ needs and recommending new content to address gaps in the company’s current content.
