**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Acting as a first point of contact for all events planned internally and externally
- Preparing annual events and communication calendar under the supervision of office manager
- Ensuring all statutory requirements including permissions and contracts are in place for entertainment, activities, venues etc. for all events
- Having prior experience/ knowledge on managing events digitally
- Partnering with stakeholders to conduct detailed venue assessment
- Preforming staff safety and security assessment at the venue in consultation with the office manager
- A graduation degree
- Previous experience in managing event and facilities (minimum 5 years)
- Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities/processes at the same time, and prioritize effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with all levels of staff
- Team player, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly
- Experience to work in a complex matrix structured organization is essential.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
