**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in export sales, preferably in the road equipment industry.
**Location**:
**Experience: Minimum of 3+ years in export sales.**
**Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential markets, customer needs, and competitive offerings.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective strategies to promote and sell road equipment products internationally.
- Customer Relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and partners.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, ensuring revenue growth in assigned export markets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with customers, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
- Documentation: Manage export documentation, including contracts, shipping, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities for market expansion and new business development.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in export sales, preferably in the road equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of international markets, trade regulations, and export procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using sales and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel internationally, as required.
- Negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
