Experience & Skills required:

- 2-3 + years of work experience in a fashion designing role
- Should be comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous.
- Critical thinking and very detail oriented.
- Visualizing and drawing skills.
- Time-management should be able to provide designs on time.
- Flexity to trend.
- Creativity and proactivity.
- Market awareness and forecasting what market desires season wise.
- Attention to detail oriented.
- Dexterity
- Must have excellent aesthetics and ability to make good presentations.
- Conceptualising new collections/product, should be able to present the ideas by handmade sketches or digital fashion illustrations.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Study trends and develop designs for kids wear.
- Ensuring product is in agreement with business strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of pattern making and garment construction.
- Managing design process from conception through to final styling.
- To ensure production is as per plan and design is delivered on time and with quality.
- Fabric selection & approval as per brand quality standard and clientele demand / event and saleable (RTW) range too. To innovate and find versatile & new fabrics.
- Select fabrics, embellishments, colors or a style for garment or accessory.
- Presenting story, mood, color boards, and samples to buyers as required.
- Reviewing product for style and fit during presentation.
- To do continuous Trend Analysis and market prediction and provide innovative designs accordingly.
