*Responsibilities:*
- Develop and enhance curriculum materials.
- Implement and manage academic programs and assessments.
- Support teachers with instructional practices and professional growth.
- Monitor student progress and provide support.
- Analyze academic data and ensure policy compliance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5 years of educational experience, including 2 years in a coordinator role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and data analysis skills.
