**What does the role entail**

Working as part of our global marketing team, we are looking for a talented and creative individual to join us as our Website UX/UI Designer.

We would love to work with someone who has a true passion and enthusiasm for what they do every day with a passion for learning and personal growth.

**As the website designer you will**:

- Manage all content updates, design changes, and functionality enhancements.
- Ensure the Gain.pro website delivers positive brand credibility & trust, and promotes strong messaging for a global audience while providing an excellent user experience.
- Utilize analytics to track user engagement performance and guide optimization.
- Working with the Web Developer, conduct regular website audits and analysis to identify areas for performance improvement and implement solutions.
- Deliver consistent website enhancement based on testing and learning
- Implement strategies to increase traffic, user engagement, and conversion rates.
- Working with the digital team, Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and organic search performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital marketing, demand, comms and product teams, to align website strategies with overall business goals.
- Drive change through best practices ensuring the Gain.pro site delivers what our audience needs

**Requirements**:

- The Website Designer will work closely with various teams across our business to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs within specified timelines.
- Design and maintain a visually stunning, user-friendly website that drives high engagement and conversions.
- Create user journeys, sitemaps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and work with the Web Developer to bring these designs to life.
- Develop responsive designs that ensure optimal viewing experience across various devices and screen sizes.
- Incorporate best practices in usability and user experience (UX) design to enhance website functionality and navigation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design standards to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
- Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase to ensure design integrity, accessibility and usability.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and refine designs as needed.

- Self-starter and independent with the ability to get things done with very little reliance on external resources
