**Procurement Management**:

- Process purchase requests and generate purchase orders in line with company policies.
- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, tools, and services to avoid production delays.
- Compare and evaluate supplier quotes to select the most cost-effective options.

**Vendor Coordination**:

- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply chains.
- Resolve issues related to delayed shipments, defective goods, or other procurement concerns.

**Inventory Monitoring**:

- Collaborate with the inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Monitor usage patterns to anticipate reordering needs and avoid overstocking.

**Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate records of all purchase transactions, including invoices, receipts, and contracts.
- Generate reports on procurement activities, costs, and vendor performance.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with departments such as production, finance, and logistics to align purchasing activities with organizational goals.
- Communicate order statuses and procurement updates to relevant teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
