Developmental Therapist

**Responsibilities**:
**Assessment and Evaluation**:Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify developmental strengths and challenges.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to gather relevant information for a holistic understanding of the individual's needs.

**Individualized Treatment Planning**:Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
Modify treatment strategies as needed to accommodate the unique needs and progress of each individual.

**Therapeutic Interventions**:Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address cognitive, emotional, and social development.
Work with individuals and their families to teach and reinforce adaptive skills.

**Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, educators, and medical professionals.
Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to provide updates on progress and strategies for continued development.

**Documentation and Reporting**:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
Generate comprehensive reports for referral sources and other stakeholders.

**Professional Development**:Stay informed about current research and best practices in developmental therapy.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

**Advocacy**:Advocate for individuals with developmental delays or disabilities to ensure they receive the support and resources needed for optimal development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

**Salary**: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
