**Role description**:
Should be a competent doctor.

Should be able to diagnose the disease and treat accordingly.

**Skills**:
Should be competent enough to do the following:

- Management of various solid and haematological malignancies in adult and pediatric patients
- Well versed with various frontline protocols and routine protocols
- Documentation
- Proper documentation of all medical records related to patients according to
international standard (NABH).
- Manage and maintain all Medical Oncology patients’ database and developing best practical
protocol for patients benefit.
- Working with other doctors as part of a team, either in the same department or within other
specialties;
- Liaising with other medical and non-medical staff in the hospital to ensure quality treatment
- Teaching and supervising junior doctors
- Any other responsibility assigned by the management

**Other details**:
Should have the below qualification:
MBBS from a recognized institute. DM/DNB Medical Oncology. The college should be NMC.MCI recognized.
