Outbound Sales Executive

OG Web Solutions is a leading IT solutions provider specializing in web development, digital marketing, and technology consulting. Based in Gurgaon, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative solutions to our clients and driving their digital transformation journeys. Our team is committed to excellence and is looking to expand with motivated professionals who are passionate about technology and sales.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Engagement**: Initiate and build relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders to understand their business needs and challenges.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present OG Web Solutions’ offerings and demonstrate how our services can address clients' specific requirements.
- **Proposal Development**: Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on client needs and company offerings.
- **Pipeline Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, track leads, and manage the sales pipeline in our CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client acquisition and service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of IT solutions, web development, digital marketing, and related technologies.
- **Tools**: Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools; experience with lead generation and sales tracking platforms is a plus.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
