Spoken English Trainer

**Description**

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced English Trainer to join our team to work at schools. As an English Trainer, you will play a vital role in equipping students with essential English language skills. This position requires a deep passion for education and the ability to create engaging learning experiences.

**Responsibilities**
- Conducting English language training sessions for students with varying proficiency levels
- Developing and implementing curriculum based on students' needs and learning objectives
- Creating interactive and innovative teaching materials to enhance student engagement
- Assessing students' progress and providing constructive feedback to facilitate their language development
- Monitoring and evaluating students' performance through assessments and activity’s
- Collaborating with fellow educators to ensure alignment of teaching strategies and approaches
- Providing guidance and support to students to enhance their language learning journey

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, or a related field
- Proven experience in teaching English as a second language to non-native speakers
- Fresher’s can apply
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
- Patience and empathy in working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹132,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 45 per week
