Job Summary:
A House Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of a private residence or household to ensure its smooth and efficient operation. This role typically involves a combination of administrative, managerial, and hands-on responsibilities, depending on the specific needs and size of the household.

Key Responsibilities:
Household Administration:Maintain household schedules and calendars, including appointments, events, and deliveries.
Manage household budgets and expenses, including bill payments and financial records.
Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the homeowner.
Keep records of household inventory and order supplies as needed.

Staff Management:
Recruit, hire, and supervise household staff such as housekeepers, gardeners, chefs, and maintenance personnel.
Develop and implement staff schedules, duties, and training programs.
Ensure staff compliance with household policies and maintain a harmonious working environment.

Property Maintenance:
Oversee the maintenance and repair of the property, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and landscaping.
Arrange for regular inspections and service of household equipment.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for larger maintenance projects.

Event Planning:
Plan and manage social events, gatherings, and parties hosted at the residence.
Coordinate catering, decorations, and guest arrangements as required.

Security and Safety:
Implement security measures to safeguard the property and its occupants.
Respond to emergencies and ensure the safety of residents and staff.
Manage home security systems and surveillance equipment.

Personal Assistance:
Provide personal assistance to the homeowner, such as making travel arrangements, organizing appointments, and handling errands.
Run household-related errands, including grocery shopping and handling dry cleaning.

Special Projects:
Execute special projects or assignments as requested by the homeowner.
Examples may include overseeing renovations, managing household renovations, or coordinating charitable activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in household management, estate management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Financial management and budgeting skills.
- Knowledge of home maintenance and basic technical skills.
- Discretion and respect for privacy and confidentiality.
- Availability to work flexible hours and be on-call as needed.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
